



In early 2007, the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya added the prestigious catering Prats Fatjó to its list of collaborators. Prats Fatjo has established its headquarters in the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya in order to provide a more efficient response to the needs of the Palau.
With over 3,000m2 of state of the art kitchen under the charge of Chef Eric Sinning, Prats Fatjo guarantees excellent quality service for a wide range of events: coffee breaks, cocktail receptions, cava receptions, breakfasts or business lunches, gala dinners, or celebrations. Whether it is a big event or small more intimate affair, our professional touch will be the key feature of your event. Among those areas at your disposal for organizing events outside the complex are the Font del Lleo, Mas del Molí, Torre del Pi or Villa Bugatti.
Since it was founded in 1917 Prats Fatjo has been synonymous with impeccable service, loyalty to its code of conduct, quality and exquisite culinary talent. The rewards for a well done job have ensured that Prats Fatjo has witnessed a multitude of events that form a part of this country’s collective memory, such as the opening ceremony of the Barcelona Olympic Games in 1992, the Spanish Pavilion at the Universal Expo in Seville ´92, the Cirque du Soleil, and the upcoming Zaragoza 2008 Universal Expo.
